The systems approach is the key to decoding the complex ideas and challenges of human existence. Created in the 1950s to aid in the development of missiles and other enormously complex inventions, it has shown itself to be fantastically flexible in understanding the issues and opportunities of human society.
Team Building
Team building provides the motor to power the achievements we seek. Individuals can have great power and insight, but those qualities can be either magnified or defeated by the ways in which people interact. When they cooperate, their power can create an irresistible force for good or evil. When they conflict, they cancel each other out and defeat progress.
Issue Resolution
Issue resolution is the path to our future. Humans are possessed of the ability to choose how to invest their time and energy. But history shows that differences in people's history, origin, and expectations can cause conflicts that inhibit progress. Learning how to find solutions that serve the needs of all is a key goal.
